Police locate missing 12-year-old girl

ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police have located a missing 12-year-old girl.

According to police, Krystal Ruiz's father went to pick her up from choir practice at Glenridge Middle School in Baldwin Park about 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators said the girl wasn't at the school and the family didn't know where she was.

A short time after after police announced a search for the girl they reported that she had been found and was home with her family.
