Tracy,

Please contact State Attorney Lawson Lamar’s office regarding forwarding him the below e-mail.  Osceola School Board Member Jay Wheeler has made allegations which if true could be a breach of the Sunshine Laws and an issue of great public concern to the Ninth Judicial Circuit.  If Mr. Lamar has any further inquiries, he may reach Mr. Wheeler at the phone number below.  Thanks!

Darren

Per our conversation the other day. Please notice the email chain below. First Hartig is using the school board attorney as a conduit to communicate information from her to other board members outside of the “sunshine”. Along with this, the Osceola News Gazette Saturday 6/23/12 Editorial alludes to their suspicion of potential Sunshine violation between Osceola School Board members Barbara Horn and Cindy Hartig at the 6/19/12 Osceola School Board meeting. Anyone could easily see (if they watched the replay of the meeting footage, that they had collaborated prior to the meeting regarding the strategy to fire Osceola Superintendent Terry Andrews. Please see if you can get someone’s attention with this. I can be reached at ***-***-****, if anyone would like to ask me anything. JW
