Michael Murphy and Torrey Jernigan - Suspected Walgreens' Burglars

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - Osceola County Sheriff's deputies said they have arrested two suspected Walgreens' burglars.

Investigators said Michael Murphy, 39, and Torrey Jernigan, 33, both of Orlando, were arrested following a traffic stop.

Investigators said that early Thursday morning deputies responded to an alarm at the Walgreen's at 2900 Boggy Creek Road in Kissimmee.

According to investigators, surveillance video showed two men using what appeared to be a crow bar to enter the store's front door.

Video showed the two men putting cigarettes and gift cards into a trash can, and leaving the store with the trash can, investigators said.

According to investigators, two men matching the description of the burglars were later seen and stopped.

Investigators said Murphy and Jernigan had burglary tools and items stolen from the Walgreen's in their car when they were stopped.

Murphy and Jernigan are charged with burglary, grand theft and criminal mischief and more charges are pending, investigators said.

The two men were booked into the Osceola County Jail.
