ORLANDO, Fla. - Investigators are trying to determine whether fog is to blame after a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle along Semoran Boulevard.
Police said the man tried to cross the road just after midnight near Stonewall Jackson Road, where there is no crosswalk.
Semoran was closed for several hours while police investigated the accident.
Investigators said the driver of the vehicle is not facing any charges because the man was not in a crosswalk.
