Police hope composite sketch leads to arrest in recent robberies near Mall at Millenia

ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police are looking for two men they said are robbing people near the Mall at Millenia in broad daylight.

A composite sketch released Thursday shows of one of the men accused of stealing a bag of money from a 7-Eleven employee outside the store on Radebaugh Way on May 17.

Four days earlier, two men attacked a manager outside the McDonalds on Millenia Boulevard. A manager there helped police with their sketch.

The woman said she got a good look at the robber's face and wanted to help put him behind bars so no one else has to go through what she did.

"I was, like, shaking. I couldn't stop shaking," she said. "I was just like, oh, my God. Did this happen? Did this really happen to me?"

The McDonalds manager was taking the restaurant's money to the bank when she was attacked in the parking lot.

"I just thought it was a joke at first because I did not expect anybody to be like, he just popped out of nowhere and was like, 'Give me that,'" she said.

This week, detectives discovered the robbery was tied to a similar crime that happened to the 7-Eleven employee, who was so distraught that she quit.

Both crimes happened in the morning in the extremely busy area near the mall.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
