Police hope surveillance video helps find gunman in Kissimmee shooting

Detectives from the Kissimmee Police Department said they need the public's help identifying an armed man involved in a shooting.
Police said the man parked his car on Saturday at about 3:30 a.m. on the 1400 block of Brack Street near Labor Finders and approached the victim on East Cypress Avenue.
The culprit tried to speak with the victim, but the victim told the man to "go away," police said.
Officers said the man got upset and fired eight shots, hitting the victim in the neck.
The victim was treated at a hospital and is expected to recover.
“(He) fired eight shots. One of them did hit our victim. He is going to be okay, but we need to get this guy off the streets,” said Stacie Miller with the Kissimmee Police Department.
The gunman is described as a light-skinned Hispanic man who spoke with a heavy accent, police said.  Authorities said the man is believed to be between 20 and 30 years old, and he was wearing dark clothing and a baseball hat.
