Fourth suspect arrested in Christmas double murder

ORLANDO, Fla.,None — Investigators have arrested a fourth suspect who they say was involved in a double murder that happened in Orlando on Christmas Day.

23-year-old Arthur Williams was located and arrested in Polk County. Investigators say he is awaiting extradition to Orange County.

Police say Arthur Williams is the fourth and final suspect to arrested in connetion with the homicides of Wildet Olizia and Loughery Dorceus.

Olizia was found shot to death on Christmas morning in a south Orlando parking lot. Dorceus' body was found several hours later in Olizia's car in the parking lot of an apartment complex. He had also been shot to death.

The two victims were party promoters who were selling tickets for a Christmas Day event when they were killed.

Williams is the brother of Artavia Williams, who was the first to be charged in the crime. Arthur Williams has previous charges for carrying a concealed weapon.

Orlando police arrested the third suspect at the beginning of January. 21 year-old Belvin Williams was charged in connection with the deaths.

Officials say Williams was charged as an accessory to murder because he provided a false alibi for one of the other suspects. He has been arrested in the past for theft and drug possession.

23 year-old Mordis Boudot was the second suspect arrested in the murder investigation. He has five prior drug charges, three resisting arrest charges and two charges of carrying a concealed weapon.

The first suspect arrested for the murders was 18 year-old Artavia Williams. He has two previous arrests for carjacking and grand theft.

The three men remain in the Orange County jail with no bond. Arthur Williams will be transferred to the Orange County jail at a later date, police say.
