Proposed train from OIA to Miami to get support from Osceola commission

ORLANDO, Fla. — A proposed train that would connect Orlando International Airport to downtown Miami will get support from the Osceola County Commission today.

Commissioners are expected to back a resolution to support the train.

"All Aboard Florida" is a privately owned business.

The train would take about three hours to make the trip to south Florida.

It could be up and running by 2016, officials said.
