MIAMI BEACH - Miami Beach's mayor says pop star Justin Bieber isn't getting any special treatment after his arrest for allegedly speeding down a residential street in a yellow Lamborghini on an expired license.
Mayor Philip Levine is commending police for the arrests and grateful that no one was injured. He says he encourages visitors to enjoy the nightlife in Miami Beach, but "everyone must respect the law and no preferential treatment will be afforded to anyone, regardless of their high-profile or celebrity status."
Bieber is in custody pending an initial court appearance.
