Registered felon accused of stalking, exposing self to teen in Kissimmee

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Osceola County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 30-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a young girl in Kissimmee on Monday.

The investigation began Wednesday after the alleged victim said Mathew Bennett exposed himself to her on Monday while she was at her mailbox on Cirento Drive.

The girl told investigators Bennett exposed himself and began touching himself methodically in an inappropriate manner. The girl said she left quickly and went home.

The next day, the girl said Bennett approached her again, but she left in a hurry without saying anything to him.

Later in the evening when the girl was driving in the neighborhood with her mother, they saw Bennett at a residence on Siesta Lane.

Police said Bennett was a registered felon, and he was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail on charges of exposure of sex organs and stalking.
