SANFORD, Fla. - Channel 9 learned Wednesday a grand jury indicted a Seminole County mother on five separate counts in the death of her 2-year-old daughter.

Rachel Fryer, 32, is accused of killing her daughter, 2-year-old Tariji Gordon. Tariji's body was later found in a shallow grave in Putnam County.
