Jet skier on Seminole County lake is OK

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Seminole County Fire Rescue reports a jet skier who had been reported missing has been found and is OK. They're calling it a "good intent" call.

The man was not thrown from a watercraft, his jet ski had drifted away from the dock.

Divers had been searching a Seminole County lake for a man reportedly thrown from a personal watercraft Wednesday evening.

According to investigators, a caller reported seeing a man being thrown from the watercraft.

Divers found the unmanned Sea-Doo on a lake off of Destiny Drive near Wymore Road in Altamonte Springs.
