CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch scheduled for Monday evening from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station was scrubbed.
The launch was scheduled for 5:37 p.m. but was initially delayed because of a valve issue.
The launch was delayed at second time, shortly before the rescheduled time of 5:54 p.m.
A third attempt to launch was scrubbed just 3 minutes and 41 seconds before liftoff. No explanation was given for stopping the launch.
Mission managers said the next launch attempt will likely be Thursday, Thanksgiving day, at 5:38 p.m.
The rocket will carry a new communications satellite into orbit.
WFTV.com will be live streaming the launch.
