Construction has resumed for SunRail as workers returned from a required safety course this week.
Officials implemented the course to address safety violations after stopping work on the SunRail last Thursday.
Tracks, platforms and railroad crossings are now being installed.
Service is set to begin in the spring of 2014, when phase one extends from Volusia County to Orange County.
