DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Grocery chain Trader Joe's is proposing the construction of a distribution center in Volusia County.
The facility would be built off Interstate 95 near Dunn Avenue in Daytona Beach.
Channel 9 has learned county commissioners may offer the company an $8 million tax incentive to build the facility. They'll vote on the incentive next week.
The Trader Joe's center is expected to create 450 new jobs.
