Two indicted in strip club manager's death in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Two people have been indicted by a Seminole County grand jury in the death of James William Mulrenin.

The first-degree murder indictments against Scott Love, 30, and Mandi Jackson, 21, were announced Thursday after the jury heard testimony from a detective with the Altamonte Springs Police Department.

Both are accused of robbing, shooting and killing Mulrenin at The Lofts at Uptown Altamonte on Dec. 22, police said.

Mulrenin, 52, died after he had been shot and fell from a fifth-floor balcony, police said.

Mulrenin was a manager at The Dollhouse and knew his accused killers.

The suspects are being held without bond.
