Surveillance shows thieves crashing car into store, taking ATM

LAKE WALES, Fla. — Two people stole an ATM from a Lake Wales Sunoco in Polk County Thursday morning.

The two drove their car right into the front door around 4 a.m., then ran inside and ripped the ATM out of the wall. It was all caught on tape.

Money scattered across the store as they carried the machine out and drove off.

Deputies believe the suspects are driving a 1998 to 2002 green Honda Accord.
