DELTONA, Fla. - A veteran of the U.S. Marines says he was locked inside a central Florida community clinic operated by the Veteran's Administration.
Duck said he was worried he'd be accused of trying to steal something so he took cellphone video of himself walking around the lobby. That set off the alarm. So, he called 911.
The Veteran's Administration issued an apology to Duck on Tuesday and said they are reviewing their closing procedures.
Duck said he isn't angry, just disappointed.
