OVIEDO, Fla. — A portion of West Mitchell Hammock Road was shut down Tuesday after a car hit a fire hydrant.
Traffic delays were reported near Mitchell Hammock Road and Lockwood Boulevard as water flooded the streets.
One lane was blocked as crews worked to fix the hydrant.
