KEY WEST, Fla. - A Kansas City woman, wanted by federal authorities for 18 years, has been found and arrested on her houseboat in Key West.
Michelle Singleton failed to appear in court for sentencing on charges of payroll check fraud in 1996.
The Secret Service recently received information that she was living in Key West under an assumed name and a Monroe County sheriff's detective recognized her as a woman he had seen several times in Key West.
