Woman found stabbed to death in home, suspect arrested

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — A woman was arrested in connection to the fatal stabbing of another woman in Daytona Beach.

Police said they responded to a home on North Street on Friday in reference to someone bleeding outside the home.

When they arrived, they were flagged down by Brenda Reynolds, who told them that Emma Williams was dead inside her bedroom.

Police found Williams with a knife wound in her chest.

Reports said it appeared after being stabbed the victim was able to pull the knife from her chest.

A witness told police Reynolds was yelling earlier in the day that she was going to kill someone.

Reyonolds told authorities she did not know how the victim got in her home.
