BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — No criminal charges are expected to be filed after an accidental shooting at a Brevard County gun show.
Police say the shooting happened outside the Melbourne Auditorium on Sunday afternoon. After the show was over, three men were walking back to their motorcycles when 63-year-old James Cowan reloaded his handgun.
Cowan accidentally shot 54-year-old Earl Persell in the foot.
