Casey Anthony's attorneys were in court Monday morning, pushing to get her civil trial moved out of Orange County.

However, WFTV found out that if the trial is moved then Casey may have to pay for it.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for saying a woman with the same name was the nanny who kidnapped Anthony's daughter, Caylee.

Anthony never had a nanny and was convicted of lying to police.

Anthony's attorneys insist she cannot get an impartial jury in Orange County after her murder trial in 2011, where she was found not guilty of killing Caylee.

But Gonzalez's lawyers said if it is moved, Casey should pick up the tab and not the taxpayers, even if Casey claims to be broke.

The judge did not decide Monday on moving the trial.

A written ruling will be issued at a later date.
