» DAYTONA BEACH:

Sand will be available on Sunday from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Residents need to being their own bags and shovels. Fire Station #4, 1675 Mason Ave.

» EDGEWATER:

Sand is available at two locations: Fire Station 57, 2628 Hibiscus Drive The borrow pit south of the Public Works Department on Mango Tree

» HOLLY HILL:

Sand and bags are available at the Holly Hill Public Works Department on the corner of LPGA Boulevard and Alta Drive. Residents should bring their own shovels.

» NEW SMYRNA BEACH

Sandbags are available to New Smyrna Beach residents at the Public Works Complex, 124 Industrial Park Ave. Sandbags and sand are free, but residents must bring their own shovel and fill bags themselves. There is a 20-bag maximum per family and identification will be required.

» PORT ORANGE

Sandbags and dirt are available at all five of the City of Port Orange fire stations: Station 71 at 4200 Ridgewood Ave. Station 72 at 6027 Central Park Blvd. Station 73 at 1090 City Center Blvd. Station 74 at 6701 Airport Road Station 75 at 1701 Town West Blvd.

» FLAGLER COUNTY:

Sand bags are available at fire stations throughout Flagler County. They are also available at Holland Park, 18 Florida Park Drive; Public Works Department, 1 Wellfield Grade; Indian Trails Sports Complex, 5455 Belle Terre Parkway and at the fire station in Bunnell . Residents are advised to bring their own shovel to most sites. Shovels will be available at the Palm Coast sites.

TRANSPORTATION

Votran is providing free shuttle service to flood-affected victims for transportation from Dickerson Community Center, 308 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., to the Wal-Mart on Beville Road to buy personal items and food. The shuttle will operate Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Residents who are experiencing home damage as a result of this week's rainfall should contact the American Red Cross at (386) 226-1400. The agency is logging calls of affected addresses. Information the American Red Cross receives assists in damage assessment coordination, facilitates appropriate levels of response to affected areas, and helps determine shelter needs. For additional information and referrals, please call 2-1-1 or (386) 253-0564.

» ORMOND BEACH:

During normal business hours, (until 6pm) residents can call the police department non-emergency line for information on street closures and to report flooding issues. That number is 677-0731. For assistance with flooding issues after hours, residents can call the public works department at 676-3220 or 676-3230. Anyone needing emergency assistance should dial 911.

» DAYTONA BEACH:

Resident hotline: Daytona Beach residents can call (386) 671-5555 to report flood-related problems or to request nonemergency evacuations.

Calls will be answered until 2 a.m. Friday, May 22, and will re-open at 6 a.m..

» HOLLY HILL:

Resident hotline: The City of Holly Hill has a Citizen Information Center for citizens with questions related to the rainfall The number is

» NEW SMYRNA BEACH:

Resident hotline: The City of New Smyrna Beach is operating a Citizen's Information Line at (386) 424-2114. Questions related to water, sewer and electric should be directed to the Utilities Commission at (386) 427-1361.

» PORT ORANGE:

Report damage/flooding: Citizens should call the Port Orange Public Works Department at (386) 506-5575 from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. After 8 p.m., citizens can call the non-emergency number to report flooding (386) 756-7400. To report water or wastewater issues, please call (386) 756-5380.
