Deputies Called In To Break Up Elementary School Bus Fight

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —

Orange County deputies were called after elementary students got into a fight on a school bus. The driver of the bus only made it a few blocks before the grade school rumble broke out, a fight vicious enough that the driver had to call in reinforcements.

It's not what you'd expect on an elementary school bus, but several deputies had to be called in to get the situation under control.

None of the children were seriously injured, but all were removed from the bus. At least four kids were detained by deputies until their parents could be contacted and come get them.

The bus driver continued on the route after the incident. Deputies are writing up a report. Criminal charges are unlikely. The school administration will likely take it from there.
