WILDWOOD, Fla. —
Deputies arrived at X-Mart around 9 a.m. with a search warrant for any unrated movies. They continued to sift through videos at noontime.
Tuesday's raid comes after a recent undercover operation in which deputies bought unrated videos at the same business.
John Souliguine, co-owner of X-Mart, was found guilty just last month of selling obscene DVDs to an undercover officer in 2004.
According to Florida law, videos must have a rating.
