Two men are behind bars after U.S. postal inspectors in Orlando discovered more than two pounds of cocaine.

Officials said the package from Puerto Rico was being mailed to an Orlando apartment complex. It contained a kilogram of cocaine, which is more than two pounds.

In recent months several arrests have been made with passengers trying to smuggle drugs in their luggage from Puerto Rico through Orlando International Airport.

Passengers WFTV spoke to were not surprised.

"There's always been a drug war in Puerto Rico. It's a main economy over there – drugs," said Juan Pastrana, a Puerto Rican native.

Authorities arrested Roberto Lozada and Jorge Silva-Torres after one of the men signed for the shipment of cocaine.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said since there is no customs inspections from Puerto Rico, drug organizations see it as an easier way to get drugs into the U.S.
