Brevard wildfire burns more than 1,100 acres

A wildfire is growing bigger in Brevard County on Thursday.

The more than 1,100-acre fire broke out Thursday afternoon near I-95 and State Road 50, officials said.

However, firefighters told WFTV they're optimistic that they can get the blaze under control.

So far, there have not been any reported injuries.
