The attorneys representing Zenaida Gonzalez were back in court on Thursday, trying to force Casey to talk.

A judge has not decided yet whether Casey Anthony will have to answer questions under oath in the civil case against her.

Casey pleaded the fifth during an earlier deposition in October, and that's why they want another crack at her under oath.  However, her attorneys say they're still appealing the charges she was convicted on.

Attorneys for Gonzalez have had little success getting Casey to talk. She refused to answer most questions at the last deposition. The videotaped session that has not been released publicly.

Gonzalez was not so elusive in her deposition though, as Casey's attorneys tried to paint her as someone trying to capitalize on the case's notoriety.

"She doesn't have the same name, not the same age, not the same height," said Casey's attorney Charles Green.

"My name is Zenaida Gonzalez. My name is not Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. I never said my name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez."

But Gonzalez's attorneys have long argued that Casey is getting special treatment and they hope the judge will put an end to that.

"There's one hot seat going to be here, and it's going to be on Casey Anthony when she answers the questions," said Gonzalez's attorney Keith Mitnik.

Texas EquuSearch is also suing Casey and they want her to testify.

The judge will listen to those arguments in a couple of weeks before deciding on the issue.
