POLK COUNTY, Fla. —
A former volunteer law enforcement officer used his position to stalk a woman for nearly three weeks, Polk County detectives said.
Investigators said Jeffrey Musser used the position to get the victim's personal information and address so he could follow her.
Deputies said Musser made contact with the woman at least three times over a 19-day span.
Musser quit his volunteer position after his arrest on Monday.
