MARION COUNTY, Fla. —

Authorities say a 25-year-old north Florida man facing child porn and sexual battery charges told them he is a "monster" who should've never been born.

George Robert Fout is expected to make an initial court appearance Wednesday.

He was originally arrested on child pornography charges, but admitted to detectives that he molested several children, according to the sheriff's office.

He also told detectives he was a monster and wouldn't stop unless he was in jail.

Fout told detectives he met one victim in the Cub Scouts.

The sheriff's office says Fout told them he had been looking at child porn since he was a child.

Fout remains in the Marion County Jail. Marion County Sheriff's detectives say they've requested no bond as they try to identify other victims.

In addition to capital sexual battery, he's charged with two counts each of lewd and lascivious molestation and sexual battery, and 28 counts of child pornography possession. No attorney was listed on jail records.

Anyone who recognizes Fout and might know with whom he's come into contact is asked to call the Marion County Sheriff's Office or call Crime Stoppers at (352) 368-7867.
