FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. —
Flagler County deputies arrest a Palm Coast man for allegedly firing shots into a home after an argument with his wife Friday.
According to deputies, Christopher Avellar, 29, got into an argument with his wife earlier in the evening.
When she left and went to her in-laws' house, deputies said Avellar showed up to the home later and got into an argument with his father.
Deputies said Avellar then went to his vehicle, got a gun and shot at the house.
According to investigators, there were six people inside the home at the time of the shooting.
Avellar was charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling, battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He is being held without bond in connecting with the shooting.
