VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. —
A man who tied up and duct taped a Volusia County cab driver was arrested Tuesday, according to authorities.
Dale Quatto was charged with armed robbery and kidnapping.
The victim, Jesse Owens, picked Quatto up from a bar on Monday.
Deputies said Quatto held Owens at knifepoint, demanded money and then taped him up.
Deputies said they tracked Quatto down after watching the bar's surveillance video and speaking with witnesses.
