OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —
Osceola County deputies said they are searching for a missing and disabled teenager.
Destinee Fields hasn't been seen since July 19, when she left her home on Aspenwood Circle to take the bus to Gateway High School.
Authorities said she recently had a liver transplant and does not have her medication with her.
Deputies said Fields appears to be communicating via the internet and they believe she is still in Kissimmee, possibly in the Mills Slough area.
According to deputies, Fields is in foster care and has left home before.
