ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
The attorneys representing the woman suing Casey Anthony in civil court will file the video and transcripts from a grueling deposition on Monday.
Zenaida Gonzalez answered questions under oath for 12 hours last week. She says Casey ruined her life.
Gonzalez said she had to quit her job and was unable to care for her own children.
Part of her deposition has already been released, but attorneys are expected to file the rest of it at the Orange County courthouse on Monday.
"You have to look at your daughter's face and say, 'I cannot afford to take care of you right now.' That's the stress. That's the emotion,” said Gonzalez.
"What do you mean by the severe emotional pain, and suffering?” Gonzalez was asked.
“I guess you've never been accused of kidnapping,” she replied.
Her attorneys want Casey to pay for using Zenaida's name in the infamous "Zanny the nanny" story, saying the real Zenaida was questioned by police, and she claims she had to quit her job.
Last week, Casey’s attorney's fired back, saying she is not the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez Casey was talking about.
"She doesn't have the same name, not the same age, not the same height,” said Casey’s attorney, Charles Green.
“My name is Zenaida Gonzalez. My name is not Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. I never said my name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez,” said Gonzalez.
At one point Gonzalez seemed annoyed when questioned by Casey's attorney about what she's seeking.
Gonzalez said she wants her daughters to hear an apology directly from Casey.
"A national trial with unprecedented publicity where others are to blame for the disappearance and death of Caylee Anthony, that's not enough to give you the closure you need?” Green asked.
“No. It didn't come out of her mouth,” said Gonzalez.
"Have you ever been investigated or interviewed by the Department of Children and Families services regarding allegations of neglect or abuse of your children?" asked an attorney.
"Yes," Gonzalez replied.
Gonzalez testified she was accused of not taking care of her children, but the claims were unfounded and she admitted to taking a plea deal for giving alcohol to a minor in Seminole County.
Gonzalez also admitted her name is not "Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez," which is the name Casey Anthony used, even though her attorneys filed the lawsuit under that name.
Gonzalez said she didn't know why her attorneys did that, and she maintained she's been harassed because of Casey's lies.
"This guy was screaming obscenities at me in the street," Gonzalez testified.
Gonzalez said she was never fired, but the situation was so bad that she had to quit her job at a cleaning company that worked at Disney.
