Just a week after their son re-launched his website, George Zimmerman's parents have launched their own website, and they're asking for money.

George Zimmerman is set to stand trial in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in February. Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder in the case.
   
Robert and Gladys Zimmermans' website, RobertAndGladys.com, is a brightly colored red, white and blue site. The homepage features a lengthy story, signed by Robert Zimmerman, about George's life and the struggles the family has faced since the shooting of Martin.   

The site also provides a link for visitors to donate money to the family.

"Therefore, I am providing a link for those supporters who would like to leave us a personal message or contribute to our greatly increased living expenses, and our eventual relocation," the site reads.

The family attributes the need for money to health issues and for the need for the family to relocate after their address became public knowledge.

"Within a few days, [Roseanne] Barr retransmitted our correct names, address, and phone number. I knew then that we would need to relocate," the site reads.

Concerns over the family's safety, and a threat the family received is highlighted on the site.

"One in particular was alarming because it threatened to kill anyone with George’s DNA – it was not mailed, but was left at our front door," the site reads.

The website does not say where the Zimmermans might move, but it does describe the household in which George was raised.

"Every supper was eaten as a family, and there was always a prayer for the less fortunate. The word 'hate' was never allowed in the Zimmerman household," the site reads.

George's father tries to paint a new picture of his son, describing him as an altar boy, who went on to become a "a good neighbor and good citizen," who also worked with a men's homeless shelter.

The site also describes George Zimmerman's reaction to the assault on Sherman Ware, a homeless man attacked by the son of a Sanford police lieutenant in 2011.

Robert Zimmerman says, on the site, his son fought for justice in that case, passing out fliers.

"Eventually, largely due to George's efforts, the police officer's son was charged with the assault," the site reads.

On the site, Robert Zimmerman said his son is not "...racist, vigilante, and even a murderer, absolutely none of those names come anywhere close to representing the real George Zimmerman."

George Zimmerman's website, therealgeorgezimmerman.com, has reportedly raised at least $10,000 since a nationally televised interview last week.
