ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
A man and a woman were shot on 22nd Street and South Orange Blossom Trail early Wednesday morning, according to deputies.
Investigators said it was just after 3 a.m. Wednesday when nearby residents reported hearing multiple gunshots.
Investigators said the woman walked into a Kwik Stop convenience store with gunshot wounds asking for help, and five minutes later, the injured man was found on 22nd Street nearby.
The woman was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center and is expected to survive, deputies said.
The man died at the hospital.
The identities of the shooting victims were not released.
Deputies said they are following numerous leads, but so far no arrests have been made and deputies have not named any suspects.
