Police make arrest in Super Bowl party shooting

LONGWOOD, Fla. —

Police in south Florida have arrested a man who is accused of fatally shooting another man at a Super Bowl party in Longwood. 

The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshal's Office, and Longwood police arrested 20-year-old Chanselor Gordon in Fort Pierce on Friday.

Gordon allegedly shot and killed Donnie Shepard during an argument at a Super Bowl party at a home on Wildmere Avenue on Longwood.

Gordon is expected to be extradited to Seminole County. Officials have not released any other details regarding the arrest.
