Judge: EquuSearch founder to be deposed in Texas

A Florida judge has ruled that the founder of a Texas search organization suing Casey Anthony to recover more
than $100,000 it says it spent searching for her missing daughter
in 2008 must be deposed in his home state.

Judge Lisa Munyon said Monday that Texas EquuSearch's Tim Miller
can be questioned by Anthony's lawyers in an individual capacity
and also set a seven-hour time limit.

EquuSearch filed a civil lawsuit in July shortly after Anthony
was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. It claims
Anthony knew Caylee was already dead when her family approached the group to assist in searching for her, thus committing fraud.

EquuSearch's attorney says they haven't determined whether
purported videos of Anthony released recently on the Internet have
any value in their case.
