ORLANDO, Fla. —
A judge refused to throw out the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony filed by Zenaida Gonzalez, WFTV learned on Thursday.
Gonzalez claims Casey ruined her life when she said a babysitter by the same named kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Investigators tracked Gonzalez down, because her name was on a visitor's card at the Sawgrass Apartments where Anthony said she dropped Caylee off with the nanny.
Gonzalez said once that happened, people have treated her differently and she wants at the very least, an apology from Anthony.
Anthony's lawyer told WFTV that she may apologize to Gonzalez.
Anthony's lawyer said the nanny Casey named was "Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez," and that's not the plaintiff's name.
They also argued to Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon that Anthony has already admitted that the nanny doesn't exist.
Caylee's body was found behind Anthony's parent's home on Suburban Drive.
Anthony's civil trail was moved to 2013.
