Lynx bus employees protested on Tuesday before they meet with management about new contracts.

Earlier this month, bus drivers and mechanics protested in downtown Orlando.

The protesters said they want to change the pension plan and increase pay for workers.

Union members said the talks with Lynx have broken down and they've been working without a contract for three years.

Lynx said it wants to change the pension plan to require contributions from new employees, but leave current employee benefits alone. 

The employees said they want to make sure Lynx's CEO John Lewis hears their voices, but they were not planning a strike. 

"We have no intention of striking, we know that the people that ride these city buses need to go to work they need to go to appointments and they need to go to school. We will never interrupt that," said union leader Gary Rauen.

The issue must go in front of Lynx's board of directors, who will meet again on Thursday.
