Man accused of running unlicensed dental office
PALM BAY, Fla. —
A Palm Bay man has bonded out of jail on charges he was running an unlicensed dental office out of his home.
John Tibaduiza was arrested on Thursday after police said he removed a woman's tooth with a set of pliers.
She later had medical complications.
Police said he was a dentist in Columbia, but they believe he was practicing in Palm Bay as a dentist, providing treatment under the table mostly for illegal immigrants.
