KISSIMMEE, Fla. —
An Osceola County man is under arrest, accused of inappropriately touching a 6-year-old.
According to Kissimmee police, members of the child's family reported that the child told them Matthew Alvarado, 24, touched her inappropriately.
Police said the incident, reported to them on Tuesday, happened three weeks earlier.
According to police, Alvarado is a friend of the victim's family.
Alvarado is being held at the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
