Police: Burglar used brick to break into, steal from elementary school

ORLANDO, Fla. —

Investigators are searching for the person who used a piece of brick to break into an elementary school.

Police in Orlando said someone used the brick to smash a window and break into a portable at Grand Avenue Elementary School off Grand Street Tuesday night.

According to investigators, the thief stole a CD player, projector and a laptop.

This is the fourth burglary at the school since last month.

Police haven’t said if the burglaries are connected.
