Police: Fiery Lamborghini crash leaves 1 dead

An Ormond Beach man driving a high-performance sports car was killed when he lost control and crashed.

Ormond Beach police said 24-year-old David Fulton was driving a 2006 Lamborghini at high speeds on U.S. Highway 1 Sunday morning when he crossed the median and slammed into a steel pole.

The car burst into flames.

Fulton was pinned inside the wreckage and died, according to police.

His passenger was able to get out with only minor injuries, police said.
