Teen accused of posing as physician assistant, cop to appear in court

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. —

The Osceola County teenager accused of posing as a physician assistant and a police officer will be back in a Miami courtroom on Friday.

Miami police arrested Matthew Scheidt last month for allegedly impersonating a police officer.

Hours after he was released, Scheidt was re-arrested for stealing equipment from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

 Scheidt is in jail in Miami awaiting extradition.
