Texas Equusearch to ask judge to join civil suit against Casey

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —

The plaintiffs in two lawsuits against Casey Anthony want to team up to get her to answer questions.

Texas Equusearch will ask a judge to allow it to join the Zenaida Gonzalez case on Monday.

The search-and-rescue organization filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit last week.

Casey pleaded the fifth to most of the questions asked during an October deposition in the Gonzalez case.

Equusearch is suing Casey to get back the money it says it spent on searching for Caylee.
