Voters in Volusia County said it's impossible to get through to the election's supervisor office.

Monday, Eyewitness News called nearly 50 times and only got through to two offices.

Elections Supervisor Ann McFall would not tell Eyewitness News how many people are answering the phones.

"I spent the entire day trying to get ahold of them. I called at least 50 times, probably more," said voter Cindy Lescarbeau.

She said she called to report potential voter fraud but was unable to do so.

"Most of the other officials said I first needed to file a formal complaint with Ann McFall, but I was unable to file a complaint," Lescarbeau said.

Since we also could not get through after multiple tries Thursday, we tried again Monday.

Eyewitness News called McFall's four different offices every minute for an hour. While someone did answer at the Daytona Beach and Osteen offices, we never got an answer at the headquarters office or the New Smyrna Beach office, even after making 30 calls.

McFall's staff told Eyewitness News she was too busy to talk with us.

We called elections offices in several other counties and were able to reach a real person every time.

Lescarbeau said she hopes if anyone else called to report voter fraud in Volusia County they did not give up when they couldn't get through.

Lescarbeau finally got ahold of someone in the elections office late Monday afternoon and filed her complaint.
