TITUSVILLE, Fla. —
A woman was hospitalized after a driver crashed a pickup truck into her Brevard County home and left a gaping hole into a bedroom, officers said.
Investigators said the driver tried to take off after the crash on Barna Avenue in Titusville, but his truck got stuck in a flowerbed.
The woman's father, George Hall, said he rushed home after he received a frantic call from neighbors.
"I'm driving, trying to get home and trying to figure out in my head what's wrong," said Hall.
The driver, whose name was not released, was questioned by law enforcement before he was taken to the hospital.
The woman spoke with WFTV and said she has some back pain, bumps and bruises.
