Man Accused Of Exposing Himself, Pistol-Whipping Neighbor

A Bithlo man is accused of exposing himself and pistol-whipping a neighbor while in a drug-induced rage.

Orange County deputies said 35-year-old Miguel Toro got high Saturday night at a house on Wellon Avenue. He reportedly grabbed a BB gun, started threatening neighbors and exposed himself.

One victim said Toro hit him in the head with the weapon.

When deputies arrived, they said Toro ran inside, where they found him hiding in his room.
